Founded in February 2026 in Dallas, Texas, Tech Equity Foundation of Texas was born from a simple yet urgent need: to ensure that no resident is left behind in the digital age. We recognized that without access to computers and the internet, opportunities for education and employment are severely limited.

Brandon leads our efforts in identifying underserved communities and expanding internet infrastructure. He ensures that our resources are deployed where they are needed most to create lasting digital impact.

As the founder of Tech Equity Foundation of Texas, Jeffrey provides the strategic vision for our organization. He is committed to making digital access a fundamental right for every Texan.
